Alison Ann Sweeney has been an American actress since the year 1993. She is also a host of reality TV shows and is an actor. Sweeney has become best-known for portraying Samantha Sami Brady from the NBC soap Opera Days of Our Lives. She played the role under a contract between the 6th of January 1993 to October 30, 2014. Sweeney was finally able to play her character in 1999. She quit fads including grapefruit and the cabbage soup diet. She adopted healthier habits like not drinking alcohol and sugary drinks, as well as starting boot-camp workout classes. This was a huge success. Was she able to dropped 30 lbs.
